Boarding Fees
Boarding fees include all meals and are billed and payable in advance of each term.
- Full Boarders: 3,000,000 JPY (Full Academic Year)
Sibling Discounts
The discount rate of 5% applied to the annual tuition fee for each additional sibling who is educated at the school concurrently.
Tuition Discounts
Please note that all discount rates apply exclusively to the first-year annual tuition fee.
- 5% Loyalty Discount: Awarded to students who enrol after attending our Summer Programme.
- 5% Founder’s Discount: Awarded to students joining us from the Autumn Term of the 2027–2028 academic year, in proud recognition of their place within our pioneering inaugural cohort.

Companies providing educational benefits for employees may consider participating in the Corporate Contribution Program.
Payment Policies
Late Payments
In cases of financial delinquency, pupils may be restricted from attending classes. Furthermore, official transcripts and other academic records will not be released until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
Refund Policy
In the event of withdrawal, parents must notify the Principal in writing before the first day of the previous term to qualify for any tuition refunds (ie: one full term’s notice). If this is not received, the parent will be liable for a Fees in Lieu of Notice (FILN) charge.
Payment Instructions
- Application Fee: Must be paid online by credit card via our secure portal.
- All Other Fees: Must be paid via bank transfer. Please note that cash and credit card payments are not accepted for these fees.
